I don’t know Jim Rapoza. Perhaps he just enjoys irony.
I came across his article on Top Web Developer Mistakes and noticed his first point was about the evils of unecessary and excessive clicks. Now look at his presentation below (Perez-esque arrow and comment added for emphasis):

“Click, Click, Click – This is great, someone is at your site and they’re ready to make a purchase. Here they go; one click, two clicks, three clicks, just one more! And…. they’re gone. Maybe if they could get to where they wanted to go right away you would have made a sale.”
In an article about top mistakes, you list excessive clicks as mistake number one and then you expect me to click 15 times through some slide show? Maybe if you listed the mistakes in a simple bullet list where I could see them right away I would have finished the article.
Jim, turn this around by saying you did this on purpose to prove a point. Then write a follow up article in which you show the statistics on how many people dropped off between slide 1 and 15. That would be interesting.
I GOT YOU MAN, HE REALLY MADE ME CLICK A LOT. i didn’t like it. He is OUT.
by the way great site of your in here.

“He is OUT.”
Hilarious. Your comment cracked me up
And thanks for the nice words about the site. It’s always a work in progress.
