I just wasted like 30 minutes of my life troubleshooting my FlashPaper installation just to find this TechNote. Apparently, the FlashPaper driver does not install correctly with the new installation technology used by the Contribute 3.11 installer. It would have been nice if they made this information a little more readily available...
